This Vaucluse home was given a complete upgrade, balancing functionality with a timeless coastal-luxe feel. On top pf the garage, we dded a new level featuring a guest suit complete with ensuite and walk-in robe - a private retreat that blends comfort with style. Inside, the layout was reworked to include a butlers pantry, home office, and laundry, creating spaces that support everyday living while adding a sense of ease and flow.

Externally we reintroduced sleek black balustrades paired with warm sandstone, giving the facade a refined modern edge. The contrast of texture and tone elevated the entire home, delivering a look that feels both contemporary and enduring.
